Day 1) departing cape town taking route 62 stopping on route for lunch and visiting an ostrich farm before overnighting in Oudtshoorn the ostrich capital of the world.
Day 2) optional visit to watch a family of meerkats wake returning for breakfast then visiting Cango caves before heading towards Knysna the capital of the garden route visiting the Knysna heads and waterfront. Optional evening cruise on the Knysna lagoon before overnight in Knysna.
Day 3) several optional visits from Knysna such as Knysna elephant park, featherbed nature reserve, birds of Eden, monkey land, Tankwa, Bramon wine estate, Plettenburg Bay before returning to Knysna.
Day 4) a slow leisurely drive back over Sir Lowrys pass visiting any of the many attractions on a different route back to cape town.

Day 4) visit Tsitsikamma nature reserve for a walk over a suspension bridge or take a canopy tour through the top of the forest trees, or any other attractions we have passed on route before returning to Knysna for overnight.
Day 5) a slow leisurely drive back over Sir Lowry’s pass visiting any of the many attractions on a different route back to cape town.
